Assyrian Foundation of America

EDUCATION

Since its establishment, the Assyrian Foundation has provided financial assistance to schools and cultural groups in the Middle East. In the United States, we have expended substantial amounts of money to students based on both academic merit and financial need. We have also assisted Assyrian Students abroad.

In the year 2007, the amount provided for these efforts was $25,750. Every year the Assyrian Foundation of America has been expanding its existing educational programs.

With respect to promoting education, we have regularly held lectures by guest speakers on Assyrian topics, and also held classes for teaching the Assyrian language.
